BJJ or Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu is a form of martial art that teaches self defense techniques, along
with discipline and overall physical and mental fitness. This form of sport
also helps in controlling breathing rhythm, releasing stress, and overall
health benefits. The techniques taught in BJJ actually train both the mind and
the body. When you are participating in a match, you pay respect to your
opponent automatically, and also after the match.
Nowadays, kids
and teenagers are becoming couch potatoes with video games, mobile and tablet
apps, television movies, and other indoor activities. This is hampering in
their natural mental and physical growth as well. So, they need to get involved
in a sport where there will be a scope to interact with other kids of their
size and age. As kids and teenagers nowadays do not have anything better to do,
they are always looking to create trouble or get into one. Brazilian jiu jitsufor kids and teenagers can be a good option, where they would start enjoying
themselves, without feeling any peer pressure. Once they start learning this
form of martial art, they will enjoy it and put time for some constructive
work. They will grow up with some traits that will act as guide for the rest of
their lives. Rather than chilling out with friends after school, they will get
involved in some positive activities.
